Pre-Shipment Preparation
Once payment is received, your item begins its pre-shipment preparation. Our certified expert conducts a thorough inspection — verifying that the item’s condition, completeness, and all included accessories match the listing description exactly. Following the inspection, a full photo documentation is carried out, capturing the item and its original packaging before final packing begins. This allows us to maintain precise control over every order we send out and ensures complete transparency from our facility to your door.
Packaging & Dispatch
Each item is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. The item in its original packaging is first wrapped in soft protective material, then placed inside a larger outer box filled with shock-absorbent padding — sealed with no markings, labels, or any indication of the contents or value.

Once we register a pickup request with the carrier, a tracking number is generated and sent to your email address. The full process — from the start of pre-shipment preparation to the moment your order is handed to the carrier — takes 2–4 business days.
Domestic Shipping
HeavyWrist offers free, fully insured shipping on all orders within the United States. Domestic orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days via insured express courier. We primarily ship via FedEx using a premium high-value goods protocol, though equivalent premium carriers may be used when necessary. Every domestic shipment is fully insured for its declared value from the moment it leaves our facility to the moment it reaches your hands. A signature is required upon delivery — your package will not be left unattended under any circumstances.
International Shipping
HeavyWrist ships to 60+ countries worldwide. International orders are dispatched via FedEx International Priority or an equivalent premium carrier, using services specifically designed for high-value shipments. Delivery typically takes 3–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Every international shipment is fully insured for its declared value. A signature is required upon delivery — your package will not be left unattended under any circumstances.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value. Import duties and customs fees at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend consulting your local customs authority prior to purchase if you have any questions regarding import regulations in your country.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, HeavyWrist takes full responsibility for resolving the matter directly with the carrier. Every order is insured for its full declared value — your funds are protected at all times. A complete refund or replacement will be arranged upon resolution of the carrier claim.You will never be left without recourse. Simply contact our team within 5 business days of the expected delivery date and we will handle everything from that point forward.
