Every item sold by HeavyWrist is backed by a comprehensive warranty — because a luxury purchase should come with lasting confidence. Whether you are buying a brand-new timepiece, a pre-owned reference, or a Hermès bag, your investment is covered from the moment it arrives.

Warranty Coverage

New Watches
All brand-new timepieces are delivered with the original manufacturer’s warranty card. In addition, every new watch is covered by a 2-year HeavyWrist in-house warranty from the date of purchase. If a warranty issue arises, contact HeavyWrist first — our team will guide you through the process and advise on the best course of action.

Pre-Owned Watches
Every pre-owned watch purchased from HeavyWrist is covered by our in-house 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This includes all mechanical and quartz movement defects that affect the function or timekeeping accuracy of the watch.

Hermès Bags
All Hermès bags are covered by a 1-year HeavyWrist warranty from the date of purchase, protecting against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.

What Is Covered

Watches:

  • Mechanical and quartz movement malfunctions

  • Crown failure affecting winding or time-setting function

  • Bracelet or clasp failure under normal use

  • Internal condensation or moisture ingress not caused by misuse

  • Manufacturing defects affecting function or performance

Hermès Bags:

  • Hardware failure (locks, clasps, and fastenings) under normal use

  • Stitching separation or structural seam failure

  • Leather or coating delamination

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship

What Is Not Covered

  • Cosmetic damage, scratches, or normal wear and tear

  • Scratches or patina on hardware (Hermès bags)

  • Water damage or damage caused by exceeding manufacturer water-resistance specifications

  • Damage resulting from misuse, impact, or negligence

  • Loss or theft

  • Any unauthorized third-party service or repair may void the warranty — contact us before proceeding with any service

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your purchase, contact our team at service@heavywrist.com. Please include your order number and a brief description of the problem. A member of our service team will respond within 2 business days and guide you through the next steps. HeavyWrist covers all shipping costs in both directions for all warranty claims, worldwide.

Beyond the Warranty
