At HeavyWrist, every purchase is backed by full transparency and a straightforward return process — because buying luxury should feel confident at every step.
Return Window
All eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility
New Items
New items are eligible for return only if the item received does not match its listing description. All return requests are reviewed against our pre-shipment photo documentation. Upon receiving your request, our team will conduct an internal review and respond within 2 business days.
Pre-Owned Items
Pre-owned items are eligible for return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Return Conditions
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in the same condition as received — unworn and unaltered
- All original packaging must be included
- All accompanying documents must be included — HeavyWrist Certificate of Authenticity, Warranty Card, and where applicable, original manufacturer papers
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the original currency at the USD exchange rate at the time of refund.
Return Shipping
HeavyWrist covers all return shipping costs. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
On-Demand Viewing — Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an On-Demand Viewing session. If a purchase is made following the viewing, 80% of the deposit is applied toward the total purchase price. If no purchase is made, the deposit is retained as a service fee.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our team at sales@heavywrist.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
