Description
The 28mm Oyster Perpetual in yellow gold with mother-of-pearl dial and diamond bezel is the most jewellery-intensive configuration in the 2026 Oyster Perpetual range at the smallest case size — a watch where the inherent luminosity of mother-of-pearl, the brilliance of a full diamond bezel, and the warmth of 18-karat yellow gold converge within a 28mm footprint that wears as much like a fine bracelet watch as a precision Swiss timepiece. Mother-of-pearl is among the few dial materials that genuinely changes with every viewing angle, its iridescent surface shifting between ivory, pale pink, and silver depending on light conditions — and Rolex confirms that no two mother-of-pearl dials are identical, each possessing a unique internal structure from the shell it was extracted from.
The 28mm yellow gold Oyster case carries a bezel set with a continuous row of round brilliant-cut diamonds, with the satin-finished case and three-link Oyster bracelet in matching yellow gold. The white mother-of-pearl dial presents yellow gold baton hour markers throughout, with three yellow gold mounts at three, six, and nine o’clock each set with four brilliant-cut diamonds — twelve stones in total across the dial. Yellow gold dauphine hands complete the configuration. Caliber 2232 with silicon Syloxi hairspring and approximately 55-hour power reserve powers the movement.
