Description
Within Patek Philippe’s 2026 Ladies’ Calatrava programme, the 7200/50G-012 makes its case through colour alone. The case architecture, movement, and dial layout are shared with the sand beige 7200/50G-001 introduced simultaneously — identical 34.6mm Officer’s case, identical caliber 240 at 2.53mm, identical Breguet numeral configuration — yet the sunburst ice blue dial changes everything about the watch’s emotional register. Ice blue against polished white gold is a pairing of exceptional tonal proximity: both materials occupy a cool, silvery-pale spectrum that reads as unified rather than contrasted, producing a dial-to-case relationship of unusual quietness and refinement. That the pearly alligator strap mirrors the dial colour precisely extends this philosophy into the strap choice, making the 7200/50G-012 a watch conceived as a complete chromatic object from case edge to buckle.
The 34.6mm entirely polished white gold Officer’s-style case carries distinctive straight lugs with screwed-in strap bars and a sapphire crystal case back. The sunburst ice blue dial presents white gold applied Breguet numerals, white gold applied cabochons marking the minute scale at each position, and white gold pear-shaped hands. A pearly ice blue square-scale alligator strap with white gold prong buckle completes the reference. Caliber 240, ultra-thin self-winding with 22K gold off-center minirotor and Gyromax balance, powers the movement.
